Intuitive Healer 888

It's hard to believe that over 20 years ago, I was a single mother working in the banking industry. I started out as a teller and gradually worked my way up to trust. Throughout those years, I had always been fascinated by numbers, without truly understanding why. But today, I know that numbers hold frequencies and vibrations, and they can serve as spiritual signs, guiding us towards what's next and helping us overcome where we've been.

I found myself immersed in the corporate world, working tirelessly for others. But I soon realized that this wasn't the path meant for me. I saw my clients as more than just numbers; I saw them as family. And so, my journey as the Intuitive Healer 888 began.

Becoming a massage therapist was something I never dreamed of. I had no idea where I wanted to go or what I wanted to be, but there was a constant inner nudging that I couldn't ignore. When I heard it three times, I knew I had to follow it and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

I was married for five years. It was during this period that my ex-mother-in-law recognized something in me. She said, "You have hands that are magic, they have the power to heal. You should go to Aveda and become an esthetician." I had no clue what an esthetician was or what Aveda even meant, but I felt a strong pull towards this path, and I knew it was the right one for me.

As I delved into the world of skincare as an esthetician, my marriage came to an end. My son and I did our best to navigate through life's challenges. I worked as an esthetician and managed a spa, where clients would often return and tell me that I had healed them in various ways. They saw so much more in me and believed I was wasting my potential as an esthetician. They encouraged me to become a massage therapist!

This was yet another sign I couldn't ignore. So, while working two jobs and attending school full-time, I also raised my autistic son on my own. I bounced from place to place, sometimes being homeless, but I trusted the process and believed that it would lead me to where I am today.

Shortly after graduating from massage school, an opportunity came knocking. Someone approached me and said, "I have the perfect career for you. Would you come work with us doing hospice massages?" The idea of working with individuals nearing the end of their lives was initially daunting, but I had already endured so much and had experienced loss firsthand. I had come to understand that as long as we believe, our souls continue on. So, I decided to give it a try.

While working in hospice full-time, I also began my journey of becoming a Reiki master teacher. I learned so much about myself and the incredible people I helped transition into the next phase of existence. One particular client stands out in my memory. She called my nurse to fire me, not because I was doing a bad job, but because she believed I was healing her. She didn't want to heal; she was ready to go to heaven. This was a profound moment of realization for me.

Unfortunately, the hospice company I worked for eventually closed down. At that time, a friend who owned a business and would be moving to a different state asked if I could take over her remaining clients. This led me back to cosmetology school, where I could provide a dignified experience for my lovely elderly clients as they approached the end of their lives.

From there, I embarked on the path of opening my own business. Just as success seemed within reach, my father fell ill with pancreatic cancer. I had to put everything on hold to take care of him. In the midst of this trying time, I reached out to a salon I had previously worked at, hoping to bring my clients there temporarily. Little did I know that I would end up owning my own business again. Owning my own business again had seemed impossible after all the loss I had endured, but after a few years I realized being different made it difficult to work for others as I am meant to be a leader, a guide, a teacher!

To my surprise, my loyal clients, who have been with me for an average of 4 to 10 years, gave me the name of Intuitive Healer. They recognized that I used my intuition to guide and serve them in the best way possible. Each session was unique, tailored specifically to their needs on that particular day.

And so, my journey as the Intuitive Healer 888 continues. I am grateful for the winding path that has led me to where I am today. It is a testament to the power of following one's intuition and embracing the unexpected twists and turns that life presents.

Trauma Survivor

The journey of healing and recovery is never easy, but in my own experience, I have discovered a profound purpose - a calling to serve others who are also grappling with their own trauma.

I want to open up and share some of the deeply personal traumas that I have not only survived but also managed to overcome. As a trauma survivor, I have often found myself in a state of isolation and solitude, constantly questioning what lies ahead and how I will navigate through the darkness.

Throughout my life, I have encountered numerous hardships that have tested my resilience and strength. I have been faced with the devastating aftermath of not just one, but two housefires that left me grappling with the loss and destruction of cherished memories. The pain of losing two fiancés, taken too soon from this world, has left an indelible mark on my heart. I have witnessed the destructive force of multiple floods, which brought chaos and uncertainty into my life.

In addition to these natural disasters, I have also endured the heart-wrenching experience of losing my dad and my best friend, leaving me to navigate through the depths of grief and sorrow. But perhaps one of the most challenging chapters of my life was caring for my adult brother, who needed support and guidance until he was ready to stand on his own. We faced the harsh reality of homelessness, not once, but multiple times. It was during these moments of vulnerability that I truly understood the value of perseverance and the importance of holding onto hope.

Amidst the chaos and pain, I made a conscious choice to follow my dreams, to embrace my unique gifts, and to dedicate my life to serving others. This path has been far from easy, often requiring me to make difficult decisions that others may view as unconventional or even crazy. But I have always been driven by a sense of purpose and a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those who are struggling. As an empath, I have experienced the weight of absorbing the emotions and energies of others, leaving me vulnerable to manipulation.

My journey has been defined by survival, by overcoming the odds, and by finding the strength to rise above the challenges that life has thrown my way. It is through my own experiences of survival that I have gained the insight and wisdom to support and guide each and every client who seeks my help. In an unexpected turn of events, my family and I were even forced to leave our hometown, seeking refuge and a fresh start in Minnesota.

It was a difficult transition, uprooting ourselves from familiar surroundings, but it was a necessary step in our journey towards healing and growth. I have since learned to establish healthy boundaries and cultivate the inner strength necessary to protect my own well-being. It is through this journey of self-discovery and personal growth that I have found the courage to stand firm in my beliefs and morals, even when they are met with skepticism or judgment. Throughout my life, I have often been labeled as "crazy" by those who fail to understand the choices I have made. But I have never been one to seek the easy path or conform to societal expectations.

Today, as I share my story on this website, I do so with a renewed sense of purpose and a deep commitment to uplifting others who are navigating their own traumas.

Through my words and my experiences, I hope to provide solace, inspiration, and the unwavering belief that it is possible to not just survive, but thrive in the face of adversity. Remember, you are never alone. Together, we can find the strength to overcome, heal, and serve others with compassion and understanding.

Autism Mom

As a courageous and resilient mother, I embarked on an extraordinary journey with my son.

The journey began with a challenging pregnancy, as I faced complications due to having a negative blood type. Despite the obstacles, my determination to safely bring my son into the world never wavered. At 28 weeks into the pregnancy, I unexpectedly went into labor and was rushed to the hospital.

Over the next 3 1/2 weeks, we encountered numerous obstacles, but my little fighter continued to grow stronger, gaining another pound. Meanwhile, I underwent daily ultrasounds and close monitoring, filled with both fear and hope. During this nerve-wracking time, my son's heartbeat started to drop, necessitating an emergency C-section. Finally, Evan was born, weighing a mere two pounds and 15 ounces.

The next morning was filled with anticipation as I woke up eager to see my son. To my relief, he had made it through the night and was under the care of the hospital's specialized neonatal unit. Placed in an incubator and supported by feeding tubes, he began his journey of growth and development.

As the years went by, my son and I faced additional hardships. At a young age, Evan contracted the RSV virus, leading to multiple hospital visits. Despite moments of uncertainty, my love and determination propelled us forward. Even within the hospital walls, my son learned to walk, showcasing his resilience.

Despite these challenges, I remained committed to providing the best possible opportunities for him. I made the difficult decision to enroll Evan in a private school, hoping to nurture his growth and potential. However, we later discovered that he had autism and developmental delays. With unwavering strength, I adjusted our plans and transferred Evan to a public school where he could receive the necessary support and resources. I became a fierce advocate for my son, ensuring he received the care and assistance he needed to thrive.

Now, at 19 years old, he is on the verge of graduating from high school, and I couldn't be prouder of the young man he has become. I have shown him that autism is just a label and that he is capable of achieving anything he sets his mind to.

Throughout our journey, we encountered countless obstacles, from doctor's appointments to therapy sessions, but our determination never wavered. I fought tirelessly to provide my son with the opportunities I never had, instilling in him the values of resilience and independence. As graduation day approaches, I find myself reflecting on the challenges we have overcome together.

I know that my son's success is a testament to our unwavering love, strength, and the unbreakable bond we share. While our journey may have been filled with hardships, it has also exemplified the power of a mother's love and the tenacity of the human spirit.
